What I’m trying to say is that somewhere in his head Ice King ships himself with Finn.

and probably writes Genderbend porn. And occasionally writes Finn instead of Fionna. And then furiously erases it before anyone can see.

Not really. In that episode, ALMOST EVERYBODY was paired with Ice King. Cake, PB, Fionna, and even Lord Monochrome says they love Ice King. So, if you really want to think so, yeah, Ice King wants to be “friends” with Jake and Lady Rainicorn too.

I think I own you all an apology. I used to write Greg’s Notes a few months ago. I know it wasn’t very popular, but I was very happy writing it and slowly, people began to read it and like my posts. Even if only one person ever read it, I had a compromise with that one person and I failed. I’ve had my reasons, and I can guarantee it wasn’t my fault, but anyway, I’m really sorry for letting you all down for such a long time with no explanation at all. If you want to stop following me (if you didn’t already), go ahead, I completely understand and wish you the best. But I will love if you stay and enjoy my little piece of joy, pokémon, adventure time, and fun. It’s up to you.

I was very trapped into final exams (which, by the way, I didn’t pass) and just before I could finish them, I had a problem with my internet router adapter and the phone company had me four months without telephone at home, and without internet. I know, four months is a ridiculous amount of time, but I couldn’t just switch companies because of a contract we had signed months before. So I had to sit and wait, hearing sentences like “Don’t worry, next week you’ll have Internet again” and “Seems like the router’s model you were going to receive is showing some problems, so we’re pushing the send date back again, sorry”. For four months.

Plus, the Internet connection I have now really sucks. If any of you live in Spain, I highly recommend you to have any internet company but Vodafone, as their service is terrible. I can’t download anything at all or watch YouTube videos, because if I download more than 1GB per month, my internet speed drops to less than half MB “due to anti-piracy reasons”.

Anyway, I’ll probably be back on action next monday. I’m writing up some more entries for Greg’s Notes, plus a lot of stuff I plan to do. Hope you are all ok, and see ya!

Greg's Notes, Day 8: Smoky

Hi!

After yesterday’s notes, I decided to introduce you to my personal team of Pokémon. Not the ones I use while working at the NRC. Those are property of the Center and everybody there has access to them.

Asking a trainer which is his favourite Pokémon is like asking a mother which of her children she likes the most. I don’t have a fav, but I think Smoky should be the first one here!

Behold, Smoky the Umbreon!

Smoky was part of my first team back when I was younger. We know each other pretty well after so many years of battle. He is not often sent into battle despite his high defenses and wide moveset. Most of the time Smoky is just scouting and tracking other Pokémon or even people due to his usefulness during night, especially because he can see perfectly in the dark. To sum up, Smoky is a good team player, offering support when needed. He is playful and in my opinion, cute. Some of my workmates, on the other hand, find his red eyes intimidating.

Some of Smoky’s moves are Moonlight, Mean Look, Bite, Quick Attack, Pursuit and Payback.

Hello!

Another day comes and summer is closer and closer. The weather changed a lot, and now we don’t even need jackets anymore. Soon, it will be “swimsuit season” again! I don’t even know why I’m so excited about summer. I don’t really like heat…

This little furball over here is Loki, and he is a Zorua. Zorua is a Dark-Type, and they’re native to the Unova region, far away from here. They have never been on the wild here on Johto, and I only got this one as a gift from a Co-worker who’d been to Castelia City last week. Thanks, Steve!

What makes me think… Maybe it’s time for me to introduce my personal Pokémon Team.

What are Dusk Stones, you sayin’?

The Dusk Stone is one of the many evolutionary stones out there. Particularly, Dusk Stone is a round and smooth mineral of dark colors, generally purple or black. It’s the stone I’m most familiar with, since it’s the stone needed for the evolution of many Dark and Ghost-Types. It causes Murkrow to evolve into Honchkrow, Misdreavus into Mismagius, and on the Unova Region, Lampent into Chandelure.

Since the Evolutionary Stones are consumed just after they’re used, their value is very high on market and is actually rare to find a sample without paying for it. I managed to get a few of them for the NRC.

No, I don’t need them. Eve already gave me 5 last Christmas, so I have enough for my personal use.

By the way, there is a little controversy about that. Some of the Pokémon ecologist groups, such as Team Plasma, consider the use of Stones as a unnatural method of evolution, and therefore should be avoided for Pokémon’s good.

Greg's Notes, Day 5: On Your Day Off

Sometimes, one of those lazy, rainy days is all you need to charge your batteries. It has been raining non-stop since yesterday’s afternoon, and today is my day off from the NRC, so… Yes, you guessed right. Nothing productive all day.

It’s not bad, you know. There’s nothing wrong on taking some time for yourself. We all need to rest, give time to our hobbies, sleep, do some chores around the house… And that’s what I’ve been doing the whole day. You had to see my desk yesterday: You couldn’t even say it was grey by the amount of papers on it. I’ve been bringing home a lot of work lately. The field agents sent me a lot of notes lately, all regarding the absence of the Red Gyarados.

Didn’t I said the Red Gyarados has been caught a few days ago? We don’t know who was the brave trainer to do it, but a few nights ago the constant roar stopped and the remaining Gyarados are now calm again.

Yeah, I know the Rockets left almost a year ago. But the Red Gyarados was still wild. Nobody was “man enough” to catch it, so the creature had been roaming the lake since then. Not that it was dangerous at all. The Lake was closed for tourists and normal trainers are smart enough to stay away from a giant, enraged, crimson abomination.

I hope so.
